维修与保养 Repair and maintenance

1.应在3-6个月内定期将波纹阻火层拆下，清洗干净，保证阻火层上的每个孔畅通，防止堵塞，确保安全正常使用。

2.定期检查通气正、负阀盘动作是否灵活，导杆与阀盘接触密封有无损坏，如有损坏应立即调换。

3.在检查维护重新安装时，应保证阀内各结合面严密配合，阀盘升降灵活。

4.新阀启动时，应在安装前清除阀盘的防震物，否则呼吸阀将失灵。

5.因天气潮湿风沙情况下，温度达到零度范围内，储罐不可发油使用。急生产时必须先打开量油孔其它之类供气产品，以保持储罐安全作用。

6.呼吸阀在正常工作进油之前，必须先打开量油孔。
